Cumberland County Fire and EMS Stations

And the answers are...
First station... North Middleton Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Station 2. Company 39. 2061 Spring Road (Rt. 34), Carlisle. Chartered in 1959, this station was built in 2004 or 2005. This station houses the Truck, Engine 239 and a Utility.
Second station... New Cumberland Volunteer Fire Department. Company 10. 319 4th Street, New Cumberland. NCFD formed in 1973 when Citizens Fire Company and Elkwood Fire Company merged. This building was built in 1980.
Third station... Shippensburg Area EMS. Ambulance Company 73. Originally started as CV Hose Ambulance in 1931, they became their own separate organization in 1999 and moved out of the CV house in 2005 to 235 East King Street, Shippensburg, an old store front and one time gym. Apparatus is stored to the rear of the building, some under roof, some not. They, along with the Vigilant Hose, have plans in the works to build a new building next year.
Fourth station... This, again, is North Middleton Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Station 2. Only this station is the old station they moved out of in 2004 or 2005. Located on Fern Avenue it is not far from the current Station 2.

Sorry Haney I was out of town again and will be for about the next month so I will not be able to participate.

I enjoyed the old camera post also, I have a few setting on a shelf and would like to try a couple out some day.

I found a few new places for us to go shoot this weekend.
